Jules Comfort Stays (“we”, “us”) provides serviced accommodation and guaranteed-rent management services in West London. This page explains how we handle your personal data when you contact us, enquire about a property, or sign a guaranteed-rent agreement.

When you submit an enquiry form, contact us, or book a call, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email, phone number, property address, and any message you write. When you visit the site, our analytics tools may collect anonymous usage data (page views, browser type, approximate location).

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, agree terms, send you a guaranteed-rent offer, or arrange a stay. We do not sell or rent your data. We may store your enquiry in our internal CRM (Resend, Google Sheets) for record-keeping.

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used. These tools only run after you accept cookies on the consent banner. You can decline at any time and the site will continue to work normally.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to (a) confirm what data we hold on you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it, or (d) stop processing it. Email Info@julescomfortstays.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Lead enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Booking and tenancy records are retained for the period required by HMRC and our insurers (typically 6 years).
